Looking to have some fun with your dog this summer?
Well join us in June for our new grouping of classes!
"Basic Obedience"
If your dog only goes through one obedience class in its life, make it this one. In Basic Obedience we cover the skills of sit, sit-stay, down, down-stay and loose lease walking. Also covered are fundamental skills required for basic canine-human interaction including appropriate greetings and leave it.
Dates: (6-weeks) Tuesday, June 7-July 12
Time: 6:30-7:30pm Cost: $80/6weeks
"The Nose Knows"
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to teach your dog to search for, and find things like a professional drug dog? Well now, you can find out! This class will teach you how to teach your dog to find lost items (your keys? The remote?) using the same proven techniques that the instructor(s) use to train Police K9s.
Dates: (4-weeks) Tuesday, June 7-June 28
Time: 6:30-7:30pm Cost: $62/4weeks
"Trick Training"
Ok so Fido can sit, down, and stay...Bu that is not very much fun and certainly not entertaining to show off to your friends. Trick Training focuses non-teaching you and your dog the "how to" for learning any behavior. Various behaviors will be taught in class including "Place, "Touch" "Bow" and many more. Bring your suggestions as well!
Dates: (6-weeks) Wednesday-June 8-July 13
Time: 8:30-9:30am Cost: $80/6weeks
"Tracking"
Dogs have a tediously accurate sense of smell!! Many will naturally track wildlife or family members. Why not teach them how to use that ability in a structured way? Tracking is a wonderful way to build your dog's confidence, independence and provide mental stimulation. This class will meet out doors, so dress appropriately for the weather.
Dates: (6 weeks) Wednesday-June 8-July 13
Time: 8:30-9:30am. Cost: $80/6weeks
